HR Digital Solutions Analyst (Workday & Payroll)

Siemens Mobility seeks a Functional Analyst to join HR Digital Solutions (Workday & Payroll). You will translate business needs into HR technology and partner with global HR, payroll and IT teams to design scalable Workday and payroll processes.

You will collect requirements, write user stories and process flows, support UAT, and help drive adoption of new capabilities. Strong English and stakeholder management are essential.
