Essential Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain employee records, compensation, timekeeping, and payroll transactions in Workday, JDE, and HCM systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Validate, audit, and reconcile HR and payroll data to ensure completeness, compliance, and data integrity while resolving discrepancies with stakeholders.
  • Complete a wide range of employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, pay and hours changes, terminations, employee status updates, and complex business-unit requests.
  • Manage payroll-related updates by maintaining employee master data, PDBA/DBA codes, non-integrated JDE fields, and active employment statuses in accordance with payroll cycles.
  • Review system-generated and manual HR correspondence for accuracy and support timely completion of Workday business processes to minimize payroll adjustments and statutory pay impacts.
