We are seeking an Expert Advisor with a minimum of 10 years in data-related roles and over 7 years specializing in data governance. You will operationalize strategies, establish quality mechanisms, and prepare HR data for advanced use. Your strong communication skills and understanding of AI principles will guide stakeholders in data-driven decisions in the HR space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and operationalize HR data governance strategy
• Represent VPTC in corporate governance bodies
• Establish and evolve data quality mechanisms
• Ensure compliance and classification of HR data
• Act as a trusted advisor to Talent and Culture teams

• 10+ years in data, HR processes, or analytics
• 7+ years in data governance or management roles
