- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for WP, SP, and EP via MOM Online, ensuring foreign workers meet medical and security bond requirements
- Process monthly payroll including overtime calculations, CPF contributions, and Foreign Worker Levy payments accurately and timely
- Ensure company policies comply with the Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (EFMA) to maintain legal compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date worker records including training certificates (CSOC/CoreTrade) and medical insurance documentation
- Post job advertisements, screen candidates, and conduct orientations to effectively recruit site workers and office staff
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for raw steel, hardware, welding consumables, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to support project needs
