Job Description & Responsibilities
- First point of contact to employees for HR administration questions and concerns for payroll
- Act as the Workday and Kronos super user, supporting the business units need for Workday and Kronos training, reporting, process improvement, data integrity, and employee data changes
- Run Workday and Kronos reports on HR business metrics to support decision-making
- Drive operational excellence and efficiency in HR processes to enable the organization to respond to changing priorities
