HR Coordinator

The HR Operations Employee Services Associate is responsible for providing best-in-class employee experience across the Employee Lifecycle (hire to retire) . As a key member of our People Experience & Operations team, the role holder will play a pivotal role in driving on ground employee processes ( with clear KPIs and service levels) .Role is pivotal in supporting India BU agenda of digitization and seamless employee experience through identified priorities for the People Experience & Operations vertical.

1. Talent Acquisition• Frontline hiring: Drive frontline hiring – collaborate with employment exchange, screening, interview scheduling, background checks, and coordinating pre-employment testing.• Coordinate onboarding for plant employees- adherence to H2O for onboarding followed by completion of Day 1 and Functional Onboarding modules on my learning. • Contractual Hiring: Collaborate with concerned department on contractual worker req...
