Main responsibilities
Organizational Structure & Development: Maintain and update employee information in our HRIS (BambooHR), organizational documents , policies and reports. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support across HR-related matters
Talent Acquisition: work with hiring managers during the recruitment process on a need’s basis and keep information updated in our ATS
Employee Onboarding: Generate offers letters/employment contracts, conduct background checks, and ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience ...
