SEGOSO MEXICO has an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator, who is a creative out-of-the-box thinker, prepared to utilize innovative techniques to attract and retain talent for one of the most exciting and fastest-growing companies in the industry. This position will be located at our Monterrey Mexico headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Organize and participate in all company events (birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, parties, events etc.)
- Perform full-cycle recruitment
- Onboard new employees
- Participate in local recruiting events and recruitment meetings
- Assist with HR reporting, filing, and maintaining personnel files
- Handle finiquitos, payments, spents etc.
- Manage office material
- In charge of cleaning department
- Serve as backup to department benefits role
