Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end candidate scheduling and interview logistics, ensuring a professional experience for all applicants.
- Oversee onboarding logistics, including pre-start communications, first-day scheduling, and technical/product setup coordination.
- Own the employee swag program, including sourcing, vendor management, inventory tracking, and shipping.
- Support culture programming and employee experience events, assisting with planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records, employee files, and compliance documentation (including I-9 verification).
- Assist with benefits administration by serving as a first point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Provide administrative support for recruiting, training initiatives, and offboarding processes.
