Drive HR Controlling and compensation initiatives at PowerCo in St. Thomas with a focus on data accuracy and stakeholder support. Contribute to benefits administration and strategic planning.
As a Compensation Specialist, you will play a critical role in administrating PowerCo’s compensation and benefits programs while assisting in data reporting and budget forecasting. Your analytical background will allow you to evaluate employee pay structures and liaise between HR and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze salary surveys and manage data audits
• Support new hires with benefits enrollment
• Administer job evaluation and pay grades
• Manage departmental bill payments and reports
• Forecast recruitment needs and data spending
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
