We are looking for an HR Application Consultant with experience implementing UKG Ready HR modules including Core HR, Performance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Compensation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the implementation of UKG Ready HR modules including Core HR, Performance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Compensation in alignment with client requirements
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless HR module integration and functionality
- Provide expert guidance and support in configuring, testing and deploying HR modules effectively
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams ensuring alignment with project goals
- Customize and configure HR modules to meet specific client needs
