Pleco Outsourcing is looking for an HR Specialist who will enhance our people practices through compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and more. The successful candidate will have strong insights into Philippine employment regulations and BPO workforce dynamics, striving to foster a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities include overseeing compliance with labor laws, supporting employee relations, and managing attendance processes. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years in HR, preferably in BPO settings.
