Job Summary

The HR Compliance Manager will be located in Guadalajara North. Reporting to Sr Director HR Compliance, the HR Compliance Manager will be responsible for leading the HR Organizations compliance with local labor laws and company policies and procedures through training, policies & procedures, audits, etc.
What a typical day looks like:
- Preparing, reviewing and revising labor and employment training to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Create training programs based on changes in legal requirements, per legal requirements for certain training, and due to trends within Flex and within the industry. May include; Litigation Avoidance Training, Union trainin...
