Your Role
The HR Compliance Specialist – LATAM will support HR compliance and employee relations activities across assigned countries in the Latin America region. This role works closely with HR partners, Legal Capability teammates, and regional compliance resources to help ensure alignment with local labor and employment requirements.
This is an role designed for candidates with foundational HR experience who are building depth in HR compliance, employment law, and risk‑based decision making.
Our Team
The HR Compliance team will support HR compliance activities for assigned Koch facilities and/or companies within the LATAM region, under the direction of the LATAM Employee Relations & Compliance Leader.
What You Will Do
