Position Summary Supports the Facility as HR business partner in all activities related to keeping employees engaged and retained, such as labor relations conflict management, talent acquisition, performance management, engagement programs, communication programs, rewards and recognition, employee events, payroll related issues, HR services (transportation and cafeteria) and union support in a timely manner with high service standards.
Required profile
- Completed bachelor’s degree in any administrative career.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Human Resources area.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with the TRESS System.
- Initiative, responsiveness, responsibility, customer service, teamwork, communication and negotiation skills.
- English/Spanish proficiency at 75%.
