Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification will be beneficial
- 5+ years Human Resources experience
- Have a good knowledge of South African labour legislation, including contracts, disciplinary processes, dismissals and CCMA matters;
- Ability to manage the entire HR function independently
- Experience with contracting for both contract and permanent workers
- Ability to management recruitment processes
- Be able to professionally handle performance management, disciplinary processes, motivational discussions and other employee relations; and
- Be able to provide regular feedback to the directors on important HR matters and progress.
- Ability to put processes in place
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Valid drivers license and own transport
