Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or Business Administration
- 2-5 years HRBP experience
- Sound understanding of local DOLE compliance, case handling, and Philippine labor laws.
- Ability to translate corporate goals into actionable people and strategic HR plans.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, executive coaching, and the ability to influence.
- Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and utilizing HRIS systems.
