Collaborates directly with company leaders to align human resources strategies with broader business goals. They act as an advisor on organizational design, talent management, change management, and workforce planning, rather than handling day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or Business Administration
• 2-5 years HRBP experience
• Sound understanding of local DOLE compliance, case handling, and Philippine labor laws.
• Ability to translate corporate goals into actionable people and strategic HR plans.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive coaching, and the ability to influence.
• Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and utilizing HRIS systems.
