About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner to support the execution of human resource programs and employee relations initiatives within a dynamic multi-site operations environment. This role serves as a key HR partner to operations leaders, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, employee programs, compliance initiatives, and workforce administration while fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and coordinate HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, and people-focused activities across assigned business units.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including transfers, promotions, confirmations, regularizations, and separations.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, enrollment activities, and claims processing in coordination with shared services teams.
