The HR Business Partner - Operations is responsible for supporting all HR-related needs for the entire Operations Department, with a particular focus on developing leaders and retaining top talent. This position will work closely with leaders of the Operations teams including VP Operations, Plant Manager, Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Quality.
