General Responsibilities
- Partner with the local management team to approach any HR related issues on the floor
- Support by managing employee relations through communication sessions, round tables, employee activities, etc.
- Follow up on obligatory trainings, certifications of employees, support actions on the floor as needed
- work together with the HR manager on preparing and following up on any statistics and HR related KPIs by presenting these to the site management
- Assist recruiters with generating ideas, leveraging resources and sharing information that facilitates an effective search process
- Report on/maintain data around activity, market place trends and produce quality information for presentation to hiring managers to demonstrate position value and cost savings to the company
- Work with various functional areas by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search
- Update job postings through various career portals
