to join our Madrid Executive Office on a
temporary basis
to cover a maternity leave. The successful candidate will be a trusted HR partner to leadership and employees, driving the execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture in line with ALS values.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
Partner with senior leadership to ensure alignment between HR strategies and overall business objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all day-to-day HR needs, including talent management, employee relations, HR policy interpretation, and employment standards compliance.
