Responsibilities

- Ensure the current manpower complement is composed of the right talent and the right fit.
- Ensure all employee pre‑employment and engagement requirements are complied with.
- Oversee the onboarding process to properly engage new employees.
- Initiate and prompt Team Leaders on the update of Job Descriptions when necessary.
- Conduct individual operational workforce planning on an annual basis.
- Forge strong relationships with relevant geographic stakeholders (e.g., DOLE, Universities, etc.) and ensure all available sourcing channels are optimized.
- Lead the organizational review and recommend possible changes on structures and organizational set‑up based on short‑ to mid‑term site plans.
