Reporting to the Brand Leader/Managing Director, you will operate as the HR business partner to the Operations Team, Stores and all other stakeholders across the business. As the HRBP in TopT, the role involves aligning staff to business objectives, collaboration with Operations and Regional Leaders in recruiting and retaining the right talent, engaging with Community Leaders and Forums, enhancing staff performance and morale, supporting employee development, onboarding processes for new employees, communicating role expectations, maintaining staff relations, managing learnerships and training and development programmes. Resolving personnel grievances and partnering with Regional Leaders, Franchisees and Store Managers to maintain a healthy and safe work environment for employees and customers.
