We are looking for an HR Business Partner who works closely with managers across Spain and Portugal, translating business priorities into people solutions, building engaged teams and fostering an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business and build trusted relationships with managers and business leaders across Iberia.
• Provide practical HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Translate business priorities into people initiatives that support performance and growth.
