Job Description: A multidisciplinary and growth-oriented opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid).
Responsibilities
- Population Management: partner with the business to provide, manage, and optimize HR services for a specific organizational unit. Advise and guide management on all people‑related matters, cascade HR policies, ethics & compliance standards, national labour regulations. Drive execution of business HR plans, support management in analysing HR metrics and reports. Ensure consistency in the implementation of compensation & benefits, training, recruitment policies aligned with business objectives. Support employee development and enforce appropriate consequence management when needed.
