About the Opportunity
Our client, a fast-growing European SaaS company backed by leading international investors, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to provide maternity leave cover for its Spanish HR team.
The successful candidate will support approximately 130 employees across several business units and play a key role in ensuring day-to-day HR continuity within a dynamic, international and fast-paced environment. The assignment takes place during an ongoing organizational transformation, requiring strong operational HR capabilities and solid knowledge of Spanish employment law.
