In this position you will act as a trusted HR partner to terminal operations, working closely with site management while ensuring alignment with corporate HR standards. You will report directly to the Business CEO Automotive Terminals, with a functional dotted line to Corporate HR in Abu Dhabi, requiring the ability to balance local operational realities with global HR governance.
