This isn't a desk-bound, policy-writing HR role. You'll be the trusted advisor to our operations leaders and a familiar face to the warehouse crews and drivers who keep this business moving — literally.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building real, day-to-day relationships with operations leaders across our Sydney warehouse and transport sites — providing HR support that's practical, commercially grounded, and actually useful on the floor
- Living and breathing Awards and Enterprise Agreements — interpretation, compliance, and staying ahead of renewal so there are no nasty surprises
- Getting out from behind the desk: site walks, shift changeovers, pre-starts, and showing up where the work actually happens — not just when something's gone wrong
