HR Business Partner provides solutions and advice to internal customers on areas relating to staffing, employee relations and engagement, talent management as well as reviewing HR policies and processes.
Responsibilities
Communicate, co-operate and collaborate with respective Business Units, their functional managers and their staff to enhance individual and team effectiveness, as well as assist the local HR team in the on-going improvement, development and implementation of the HR strategy and processes within Singapore operations.
- Work closely with specialists in the Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development teams as well as liaise with Regional HR on on-going HR initiatives
Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
- Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
