Job Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll and maintain attendance/leave records
- Administer work passes (Work Permit) via MOM portals — applications, renewals, cancellations
- Handle WICA claims and coordinate with insurers on documentation
- Support recruitment — job postings, resume screening, interview coordination
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
- Maintain employee records and assist with statutory submissions
- Monitor FWL, work pass quota, and MOM compliance requirements
- Handle general HR queries from every employee
- Track Coretrade and CSOC certification expiry, arrange renewals, and register workers for training programmes
- Administer leave, attendance, timesheets, OT records, and claims processing
- Submit dormitory check-in/check-out, renewal, room movement forms, and purchase workers' PPE
