Job Overview
The HR Assistant is a hands‑on role that provides HR support on site. The role is critical in executing people initiatives, providing great internal employee support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. They provide answers to questions regarding a broad range of human resources benefits and payroll topics and engagement. They manage cases, projects, and partner relationships with varying degrees of complexity. They adhere to strict confidentiality standards, and work is performed within Service Levels.
