- Works closely to the HR Officer in handling recruitment, training, and documentation
- Responsible in preparation and processing of company-wide and government mandated benefits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, Administration or Psychology
- Knowledgeable in handling mandatory benefits is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to speak in public & computer literate
