Responsibilities
- Responsible for contacting & communicating with prospective candidates to inform them of their assessment and/or interview schedules
- Ensures that the respective hiring department provides the necessary job description & skills set matrix
- Conducts initial resume screening to determine applicant fit against required job qualifications
- Administers and checks the required minimum skills tests to prospective candidates
- Conducts initial interview with prospective candidates
- Processes and serves new hire documentation to successful applicants
- Attends calibration meetings to ensure consistency
- Responsible for sending recruitment reports to the various functional departments and the clients
- Represents the Company during job fairs and other recruitment efforts
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Computer Literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office...
