HR Assistant (Organizational Development)

The HR Assistant for Organization and Talent Solutions will be responsible for role clarification among employees and aligning the organizational design to achieve optimum productivity and work efficiency within divisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish enhanced framework and processes to define and provide clarity on the positions, levels, and work connections in order to promote harmonious relationships among employees and within the organization.
