Responsibilities
- Prepare necessary documents such as memorandum, job posting or business letters.
- Build up relations with suppliers, schools and other business partners.
- Process papers and comply with government requirements.
- Maintain employees 201 files.
- Host events/activities for employees.
- Assist in recruitment such as representing company in job fair or interviewing applicants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business & Operations Management or any related field.
- Communicates and works effectively in English (oral and written form)
- Well-organized and strict with implementing the rules
- Independent and Detail-Oriented
- Strong problem solving skills
- Outgoing person and highly sociable
- Efficient and can do things in a timely fashion
