Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing accurate and timely payroll.
  • Maintain and update employee records related to compensation and benefits.
  • Handle statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) compliance and reporting.
  • Assist in employee inquiries regarding payslips, deductions, and benefits.
  • Support the HR team in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Ensure confidentiality of payroll and employee data.
  • Provide general HR administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in payroll processing and government contributions is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
