Responsibilities
- Assist in processing accurate and timely payroll.
- Maintain and update employee records related to compensation and benefits.
- Handle statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) compliance and reporting.
- Assist in employee inquiries regarding payslips, deductions, and benefits.
- Support the HR team in compensation and benefits administration.
- Ensure confidentiality of payroll and employee data.
- Provide general HR administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in payroll processing and government contributions is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
