About The Role
This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to act as the HR Executive to the Chief People Officer (CPO) within the Richemont Group. You will be instrumental in structuring, tracking, and facilitating the People agenda, supporting HR leadership forums, and driving high-impact HR initiatives across a dynamic, international luxury retail environment. This position combines strategic project coordination, executive support, HR analytics, and critical stakeholder management.
