Key job responsibilities
The HR Assistant is a strategic and hands‑on role that supports our customer service centers. The role is critical in executing people initiatives, delivering internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Tasks vary in volume and complexity and include internal auditing as well as internal and external reporting.
- Respond quickly and accurately to questions from employees.
- Ensure employee documentation is complete and accurate.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert for employees and escalates as appropriate.
- Provide training and guidance on policies, processes and systems to stakeholders and team members.
- Create and distribute standard communications.
- Audit and analyze key findings.
- Lead process improvement initiatives; develop suggestions for improvements to maximize value of resources.
