JOB TITLE: HR Application Consultant - UKG Ready HR Module Implementation (Functions-Platform)

WORK SHIFT: Depends on the client and project but they are looking for someone who can work on a shifting schedule
We are seeking an Application Consultant with expertise in implementing UKG Ready products for HR modules such as Core HR, Performance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and more. The ideal candidate should have exposure to HR-IT and SaaS implementations, coupled with a successful track record of engaging stakeholders in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the implementation of UKG Ready HR modules in alignment with client requirements
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless module integration and functionality
- Provide expert guidance and support in configuring, testing, and deploying HR modules effectively
