Responsibilities
- Handle the full employee cycle from onboarding new joiners to final settlements and gratuity when staff leave.
- Run the monthly payroll and WPS accurately and on time by the 1st of each month.
- Maintain leave, attendance and overtime records and keep the attendance system up to date.
- Manage visa, labour card and Emirates ID renewals working with the PRO on MOHRE and immigration matters.
- Keep employee files and contracts in order; issue salary certificates and experience letters once approved and track loans, advances and increment records.
- Be the first point of contact for staff queries, leave requests and basic grievance or disciplinary paperwork and run the HR and payroll software with accurate confidential data.
- Handle renewals of company insurance, trade licences and other registrations and keep a clear calendar of vendor contracts and AMC renewals so nothing lapses.
