Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with project and corporate objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, mobilization, transfer, and demobilization of project personnel.
- Prepare workforce plans and manpower forecasts in coordination with project management and department heads.
- Design, implement, and manage performance management systems including KPIs, annual appraisals, probation reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and organizational culture programs.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
