The HR and Admin Assistant will provide support in day-to-day human resources and administrative operations, including recruitment assistance, employee records management, scheduling, and office coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR and/or administrative work (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Can do attitude
