HR Analytics & Reporting Specialist

Advanced Energy is seeking an HR Reporting Analyst to join AEI’s HR Technology & Analytics team. You will produce ongoing HR reporting, generate business insights from AEI’s data, and help draw recommendations for the business.

Responsibilities include developing HR dashboards (Power BI), monthly and quarterly reports, ad hoc analyses, and presenting findings to executives. The role requires a CS/CE background and 2–3 years of data experience with strong English communication.
