HR Analytics Intern — Data Insights & Dashboards (Hybrid)

Aboitiz Foods in Makati is seeking an intern to assist with data collection, analysis, and visualization. The role includes gathering HR metrics, creating dashboards on Tableau or Power BI, and delivering insights to leadership teams. Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor’s Degree, possess strong analytical skills, and are proficient in data handling and Google Sheets.

Work setup is hybrid with required hours at least 240. Candidates should have good scholastic records and be enrolled in a university internship subject.
