HR Analytics & Insights Lead – Dashboards & Modeling

Accenture Argentina is seeking an HR Analytics and Insights Advisor to serve as the primary analytics partner for the Americas. You will provide meaningful analytics and insights to leaders, support critical talent decisions, and handle large data through advanced tools and reporting platforms.

You will enable operational work by delivering self-service reports and dashboards, owning Workday reporting interlock with IT, and partnering to align data needs with business priorities.
