HR Analytics Data Analyst: Insightful Dashboards & ML

Jobtailor in Manila is seeking a data-driven Analyst to deliver timely recurring reports and ad hoc insights to HR and business stakeholders. You will investigate data issues, communicate findings, and support cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.

You will build self-service dashboards (Power BI), apply advanced analytics and machine learning where applicable, and help automate processes using tools like Snowflake, Alteryx, Excel.
