Job Summary: Reporting to the Director, HCM and Compensation, the HCM and HR Analyst will deliver operational and service excellence in regard to HR data and system functions. This role will primarily support Human Capital Management (HCM) system administration, processing, and Human Resource Metrics and Reporting. It is a highly technical role that requires strong experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
Responsibilities
- Act as technical subject matter expert for Human Capital Management (HCM) Data and Systems
- Develop, collect, analyze and transform workforce data through the use of databases, spreadsheets, and queries
- Translate findings into meaningful visualizations and develop presentations for Business and HR leadership
- Support technical requirement development and implementation of HR reporting, dashboards and visualization in Workday
