Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 6 months–2 years of experience in Human Resources positions.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Colombian labor legislation.
- Experience supporting recruitment, employee relations, payroll, or HR administration.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and HR systems is a plus.
