A leading international investment platform is hiring an HR Analyst / HR Generalist to support its growing Middle East operations. The role reports directly to the Head of HR and covers end to end generalist responsibilities for the Abu Dhabi office.

The role- Act as a hands on HR generalist supporting daily HR operations in Abu Dhabi
- Work closely with the Head of HR on all people related matters
- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, contracts, HR administration and employee relations
- Coordinate payroll processes in partnership with finance and external administrators
- Ensure HR policies, processes and compliance are properly implemented
- Support ad hoc HR projects as the firm continues to expand internationally
