We are looking for an outstanding and dynamic Human Resources Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and distribution of informational materials.
- Keep contact and stakeholder databases up to date.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of events.
- Manage and maintain administrative records and supporting documentation of processes.
- Collect and analyse data to evaluate the performance of support processes and propose improvements.
- Carry out various administrative tasks, such as calendar management and providing support to other professionals as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in administrative or related careers.
- Software management skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite).
- Level B1 English Language proficiency.
- 2 years of experience in administrative or related positions.
